Build Defense: Click on a Police Officer button at the bottom of the screen to deploy them in the world to defend your base. Position is Everything: Place your defense wisely to take advantage of the road’s path. Upgrade to Rule: To keep up with the flow of escaping prisoners upgrade your defense for maximum damage.
